TWO OF YOU, OR A FEW OF YOU

Not every wedding needs a guest list. Whether it's just the two of you saying your vows somewhere that means something, or a small, intentional celebration with the people who matter most, this is a day built around you specifically, not scaled down from someone else's version of a wedding. Editorial and documentary-filled photos to tell your story.

what's the difference?

An elopement is just the two of you, sometimes with an officiant and a witness or two. It's private, minimal, and focused entirely on the vows themselves. No guest list to manage, no reception to plan; just the moment.

A micro wedding typically means 10 to 50 guests, with the sweet spot usually landing around 20 to 40. It's not a smaller version of a big wedding; it's the full structure (a ceremony, a real celebration afterward, the people who mean the most to you) at a scale where you can fully be present with every single guest.

Neither one is a compromise. Both are a choice.

Every elopement is unique, so each collection is designed to tell your story in a way that feels authentic and unforgettable. My elopement collections include professional photography coverage, timeline and location planning, and a high-resolution online gallery ready to share and print. I love capturing love stories wherever they happen, from breathtaking destinations like the Oregon Coast and mountain overlooks to the simplicity of a courthouse ceremony close to home.

Whether you're exchanging vows on a cliffside, in a quiet forest, or on the courthouse steps, I'll be there to document every moment in a cinematic, heartfelt way. No matter the setting, the goal stays the same: a day that feels entirely yours, captured with the same care from start to finish.

COURTHOUSE ELOPEMENT, starting at $1,499 (+tax). For couples keeping it simple: a courthouse ceremony, just the two of you, documented with the same care as any destination elopement.

back

A micro wedding is the full shape of a wedding day, just scaled to the people who matter most. Typically 10 to 50 guests, it gives you a real ceremony and a real celebration afterward, without the size of a traditional wedding.

My micro wedding collections include professional photography coverage, timeline and location guidance, and a high-resolution online gallery ready to share and print. Because every micro wedding looks different, from an intimate backyard gathering to a small destination celebration, each collection is built around your specific guest count and timeline.

Whether you're celebrating with twenty guests or fifty, I'll be there for the full day, present and unhurried, the same way I am for any Velvet Frame wedding.

Yes! Capturing both photo and video is one of my favorite ways to tell a complete story. Your elopement is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and having both allows you to see and feel every moment all over again—the laughter, the emotion, the energy of your day.

Your full wedding film or gallery is typically delivered within 10–12 weeks. I know how exciting it is to relive your day, so I also send out a sneak peek or teaser within 4 weeks post-wedding—just enough to hold you over until the full story is ready.

Absolutely! Because travel is part of most elopement experiences, I don’t offer smaller packages—but I’m always happy to customizing your collection so it reflects your story and what matters most to you.

Absolutely! While I’m not a full-service planner, I do help with timeline and location planning to make sure we get the best lighting, scenery, and overall experience for your day. I’ll guide you toward stunning spots and ideal timing so everything flows naturally.

How long will it take to receive our final videos/photos?

Can we customize a package to fit our needs?

Can you help us plan our timeline and location even if we’re coming from out of state?

Yes! I’ll follow your love story anywhere. Travel fuels my creativity, and I’d love to capture your day in whatever stunning location you choose.

Do you travel?

Most couples book their elopement 3–8 months in advance, but the sooner you reach out, the better chance we’ll have to lock in your date. I’m always open to a little last-minute magic if my schedule allows.
